By booking with me, you agree to all policies listed below♡ Deposit A NON- REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is put toward your total at checkout. Booking After booking your appointment, please send me an inspo photo. You can TEXT me @ 3476078533 or DM me on Instagram @klawsbykaili. Please NO EXTRA GUESTS unless they also have an appointment. Please message me upon arrival. If you arrive early, you’ll be asked to wait outside until your appointment starts. Tardiness There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of your service OR there will be an additional $10 fee. Please let me know if you’re running late or you’ll be considered a no-show. Rescheduling/cancellation If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule after that 24 hour period or no-show, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Payment Methods CASH is highly recommended but I also accept Venmo - klawsbykaili Cashapp - $klawsbykaili Zelle - 3476078533 Apple Pay Card A 2.6% processing fee will be applied when paying with Card/Apple Pay. NO FOREIGN SETS I DO NOT work over other nail techs work, so please come with healthy, BARE NAILS (no polish, gel, acrylic) or you may book a soak off service. I will only fill sets that I’ve done. Cancellation Policy
